Supporting children and young people with disabilities and their families
Yorda Adventures relies on donations and grants to do what we do.
If you would like to help support our work there are some simple ways
you can make a big difference.

Monthly Draw!

We are setting up a monthly draw for all our supporters to get a chance
to win a cash prize every month! How it works: You give us £5 every
month and sign up to a number. We put £1 of that £5 into a monthly
draw. If your number comes out the draw you win the pot!

The rest of the £4 goes towards our projects working with children with severe learning disabilities Monthly draw date will be; 25th of each
month starting the 25th September 2011

How do you join?
Email me on Laura@yordaadventures.co.uk and I'll
get back in touch for you to choose your number

How do you pay?
Send us a cheque for £5 per month or £60 for the year
or Set up a standing order for £5 per month or Pay us electronically by BAC's marking your payment as ' monthly draw' sort 20-39-07 acc 40481297

We need the payment by the 20th of each month so your number can
be included in the draw on the 25th Tell all your friends and family to
sign up too –the more the monier!

Get sponsored!
Sponsored events are a great way of raising money. In 2010, Mikey
completed the 3 Peaks Challenge, Rob & Rebekah ran Half Marathons,
Tom ran the Kingston Breakfast Run, Denis ran 10k and Bethany
cycled from London to Paris. Why not get some friends and colleagues
together, set yourself a challenge and join them in raising cash for a
brilliant cause? We’ll supply you with all you need to get going;

If you get in touch and tell us what you’re up to we may even send you
a free t-shirt!

Give us your ‘Little Bit’

Even the smallest amount can make a massive difference to us.
By giving as little as £3 per month you would be helping us to continue
running projects that support families with disabled children. You decide
how much and how often, with no pressure or obligation to continue.

You can download a Standing Order form by clicking here.

Come to a fundraising event

We run variety of fundraisers throughout the year, the most popular of
which is our quiz night with fish and chip supper. These are a great way
of supporting our work – and you get a night out to boot!  Keep an eye
out on the mailing list and on our blog for upcoming dates.

Send us your old mobile phones
We can turn your old handset into cash to support our work.
All you need to do is pop your old phone in a jiffy bag and send it to us. We don’t need boxes or chargers. Please remember to remove your
sim card.
