our projects. To meet these high standards we employ people who are strong communicators, who love spending time with children and young people and who have endless energy and enthusiasm.
It is also vital that you are committed to working in ways that keep the vulnerable young people we work with safe from harm.
Volunteers
We welcome volunteers on all of our projects. Volunteer posts are open
to applicants aged 16yrs or over and are subject to a satisfactory
application form and references.

Play Workers
Some of our staff only work at Dysart After School Club. Some of our staff only work on holiday play schemes, Weekend projects or family days.
A lot of our staff do a bit of everything! Whatever you are interested in doing, the application process is the same. At the bottom of this section you can download an information pack, and application form.
If you are interested in applying for the job you need to send us the application form by printing it off, filling it in and sending it to: 47 Windmill Lane, Surbiton KT6 5JT.
We will then contact you to arrange a pre interview visit which we ask all applicants to come to. Its a volunteer session where you meet the children and we get to meet you. We then carry out a more formal interview on a seperate date. Employment offers are subject to an enhanced CRB disclosure and two satisfactory references.
